Qiao is an online platform where projects and brands ("clients") find ambassadors, presenters, clippers and service providers ("providers"), talk to them and agree on deals. Qiao is run by the operator of the Qiao platform ("we", "us"). Our details are in the Contact section. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
We provide the tools to find each other, talk and record a deal. We are not a party to any deal between users, we do not employ providers and we do not act for either side. A deal is an agreement between the client and the provider only, and they are responsible for its terms and for carrying it out.
Payments are not part of Qiao yet. Prices are shown in USD/USDT for information. Users arrange any payment directly with each other and at their own risk. We do not hold, send or guarantee money.
A Verified badge means we checked that the user appears to control the project or social account. It is not a recommendation and it does not guarantee quality, legality or that anyone will pay or deliver.
Qiao is invite-only. You can create an account only with a valid invite. You sign in with your email or your Telegram account, so keep access to them secure: anyone who controls them can sign in as you.
When you invite someone, you vouch for them. Admins and other users can see who invited whom. If people you invited break these Terms, we may take away your remaining invites and, in serious cases, restrict your account.
Keep the information about you and your project accurate and up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Qiao.
You are responsible for everything you post on Qiao, including your profile, offers, campaigns, messages, files and deliveries. Post only content you have the right to share. You allow us to store, display, translate and transmit it as far as needed to run Qiao.
Promote only lawful products and services, and label paid promotion where the law or the rules of the social network require it.
You must not use Qiao to: commit fraud or run scams; ask anyone for a seed phrase, private key or password, or ask for payment upfront (for example an "activation fee" or a "deposit"); promote illegal crypto schemes, such as pyramid or Ponzi schemes, pump-and-dump schemes or investment offers that require a licence the offeror does not have; send spam or mass unsolicited messages; impersonate another person, project or brand; harass, threaten or abuse anyone; or break the law in any other way.
Each side can review a deal once, and only after the deal is approved. A review must be honest and based on your own experience with that deal. Do not offer or accept anything in return for a review, and do not use reviews to pressure anyone. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
You can report a user from their profile or from a conversation. Only moderators see the report and they decide what to do about it.
You can block a user. After that, you can't message each other and neither of you can invite the other to a campaign. You can unblock them at any time.
We may remove content, take away invites, or suspend or block an account if a user breaks these Terms or the law, puts other users at risk, or if the law requires us to. Where appropriate, we tell the user the reason. A blocked account cannot sign in.
If you think we made a mistake, contact us (see Contact).
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your email, Telegram link, profile, social accounts, portfolio and offers are deleted, unused invites are cancelled and your campaigns are closed. Messages, deals and reviews stay so that the other side keeps its record, and they show "Deleted user" instead of your name. Deletion cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Qiao translates messages, campaigns, profiles and offers with an AI model. Translations can be wrong or miss slang, nuance or numbers, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate. The original is always one tap away and it is the text that counts. Check prices, dates, scope and wallet addresses in the original before you rely on them.
We provide Qiao as it is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will always work without errors or interruptions, or that users, their projects, content or deals are what they claim to be.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals or other dealings between users, from content posted by users or from translation errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
We may change these Terms, for example when we add payments. We publish the new version on this page and tell you about important changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Qiao after that, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Questions about these Terms go to the operator of the Qiao platform:
